Problem

Metiers Bien Être offered several personal-development courses, but despite the founder’s passion, sales were very low. The goal was to turn these underperforming courses into a profitable business through a strategic paid-ads approach across Facebook and Google.

My Approach

The founder wanted to scale quickly and was clear about one thing, strictly paid ads.

Our strategy focused on Meta Ads and Google Ads with a simple execution plan:

  • Build a high-quality WordPress website

  • Create premium static creatives

  • Run engagement ads to build credibility

  • Scale with conversion campaigns on Meta & Google

The objective was to move fast, test fast, and optimize quickly.

Course Website Optimization

The WordPress site was rebuilt with strong emphasis on conversion design, credibility, and trust signals.

We tailored the layout, visuals, and copy specifically for the French-speaking market, ensuring the brand felt premium and professional.

Stunning Static Creatives

While I normally prefer video creatives for performance reasons, the client requested static visuals only, so quality became the priority.

We designed clean, compelling creatives that were far superior to the original Instagram assets, ensuring they could actually convert cold audiences.

Ads Campaign Strategy/Implementation

We started with engagement campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to build social proof and audience familiarity.

Key actions included:

  • CBO campaigns with creative testing

  • Targeting users in France, Belgium, and Switzerland

  • Reaching both cold and warm traffic segments

Next, we retargeted people who engaged with ads or viewed content, adding testimonial creatives to build trust. We then expanded performance using custom & lookalike audiences.

Once the audience was clearly defined, we deployed high-converting ads across Meta and Google, leading to a dramatic lift in course sales and a full turnaround in business performance.
